Built something powerful for LinkedIn. Dropping an early alpha next week... just for a select few. Want in? DM me.

day X of building a no-bs email signature management platform. not gonna lie. i haven't done much. but i did start a completely new project that - in my eyes - is even more sexy. launching very very soon! then back to email signatures.

day 10+11 of building a no-bs email signature management platform. i'll be honest. almost no progression made here. wanted to ditch mogodb for postgresql, but that was a dud. performance + ease of use and implementation was just not fit for my use case. back to mogodb then.

day 8+9 of building a no-bs email signature management platform. day 8 was less coding than usual. spent the day at the hospital (i'm ok). day 9 doing a break on emails and will do a little side project instead. stay tuned for info on it. bonus today: a picture of my cat.

day 7 of building a no-bs email signature management platform. dashboard = done. recent activity = done. groups = done. signatures = done. redirects = done. image storage = done. working in templates next.

day 6 of building a no-bs email signature management platform. had to decide between cursor and windsurf. both are nearly identical to my use case. went with windsurf. both struggle hard with my current codebase, but windsurf gives me a tad bit better (and quicker) completions 👍

day 5 of building a no-bs email signature management platform: deleted everything payment related. will revisit this topic later and do manual onboardings in the beginning. can't believe that it's still such a struggle in 2025.

day 4 of building a no-bs email signature management platform:

day 3 of building a no-bs email signature management platform. scraped the idea of implementing mollie. looking now at polar.sh. docs look promising, will try to implement it super simplified. auth is finished. just subscription payment is an open todo.

day 2 of building a no-bs email signature management platform. looking at stripe alternatives within the EU. mollie seems straightforward to implement. but we'll see if it's really that easy to get going. been using stripe for years, and their docs are hands down amazing.

it's day 1 of building a no-bs email signature management platform. starting today I will post daily about the progress of my app. super nervous b/c lots is unfinished concept-wise and not even sure where and how to begin. progress to date:

A1 Mini is fixed and working again! youtu.be/BTi0JWv-9X8

Getting approvals from GitHub maintainers isn't as straight forward as one might think. Need to find them on social or email is not always possible. Thoughts @github.com?

Kinde Auth is so frustrating. Login, register and logout works, but getting user info and profile data is near damn impossible. isAuthenticated is simple, why not pass the data with 'getProfile' and 'getUser' as simple? Why do we need to pass data between multiple functions to get the info? #kinde

Decided to scrap the new language learning and focus on efficiency. Will flesh out my stack from the ground up and release as a free boilerplate on GitHub instead. I keep coming back to it all the time, and always wished to have boilerplated it to save time. #pgp #boilerplate #saas #buildinpublic

Throwback to 3 years ago: our EU startup was acquired by a NASDAQ giant. Money 💵 was great, but culture clash was brutal. Big lesson: prioritize your team during transitions, as not all can adapt from startup to corporate easily. #exit #startup #buyout #corporate

Rise and shine 📈

To all fellow indiehackers out there, if you run multiple side hustles, but would want to verify a bluesky domain, which would you pick? #bluesky #indiehackers #bootstrap #verification #domain #sidehustle

Trying to validate an idea here for marketers: Input: You type the URLs of your company Output: Summary of your most relevant competitors ad copies in addition to making better performing ad copies for your own business. Does this sound like something y'all would use? #validation #builtinpublic

I just scrapped my latest project... rm -R projectfolder/ Why? Pure boredom. Decided to recode the whole thing in a programming language I have never coded in. Wish me luck. #newbeginning #indiehacker #buildinpublic
