Die SA zeigte ihr Gesicht und hatte Uniformen, wurde geführt von einem Oberen. ICE agiert ohne Sinn, lediglich mit vagen Vorgaben, aber hauptsächlich gegen Oppositionelle, Immigranten und gegen Menschen, die zwar von der Polizei verhört aber laufen gelassen wurden. ICE wäre in D eine Terrorgruppe.
