so i sprinted out, slipped on the wet floor, scraped my knee and banged my arm, accepted a package, then later when the plumbers returned i was made aware that they'll have to fully break open my bathroom and toilet room floor to replace the pipes / drains some time in the next weeks / months.

the past four months I've taken so much rest, physio appointments, exercises, painkillers, nutritional changes, worn braces, did everything I could.
I really hope this is the final round.

My cat had only knocked her out on her back. I carefully wrapped the tissue around her holding it by the corners, and then opened it off the edge of my balcony.
She happily buzzed off! I hope she's not too damaged and can start a new colony this spring. I love bumblebee queens. 🐝🪻

Finally, it's been almost 10 years (!!!) since group therapy so I am going to get a commemorative tattoo next month! I've been wanting it for awhile and decided to just go do it.
Basically... I'd be feeling energized and ambitious if not for my freaking injuries. I'm so frustrated!
