That is intense. It seems like with deeply challenging circumstances, the only way around it is through it. This meme is spot on!

What is it like having pluto in the 12th house?
comment in response to post
Huh, so far alot of loss, and many tower moments. Self sabotage of course. Then there has been so many experiences of deep connection, grace and a sense that everything will work out. It always does.

This is an important conversation to have. Honestly these conversations need to be happening in every aspect of our lives. Every part of our lives is impacted by racist and classist systems.

I have since taken traditional and evolutionary astrology classes. My experience has been healing and I have gained a deeper understanding of myself. I believe astrology can be a great tool in deconstructing oppressive systems, but a great deal of astrological practice is within itself oppressive!

I had no understanding of what traditional or modern astrology was for at least a couple years. I did know that some of the content, and spaces I found myself in made me highly uncomfortable. Especially after learning more about theosophy.

This is something I have been grappling with for a while. I found astrology through a theosophical video on esoteric astrology. As a black woman living in the heart of the Bible belt, access to perspectives outside of Christianity are slim to none.

I really believe we need to invest in educating the working poor about how policies affect their everyday life. An educated, empowered workforce WILL power the future.
