Not a single player I’d be sad to see go. Hope we start with the short-sock brigade.

The squad that has been assembled this season is so so poor. Not judging Schumacher until he’s had the chance to start undoing the damage done by Evatt and Markham.

Insufferable, even now.

If it wasn’t already a tradition, it would surely be deemed necessary, what with the sacrilegious act of giving Joe undue prominence over TGL on the card.

I’m not sure BlueSky is the place for you Paul. Stick to Twitter, you can whip up the hate mob there with little effort.

Not pretty, no but it didn’t need to be. Back to back wins for the first time in months is all that matters.

Jesus. The man who united all sides of the political spectrum in recognising his incompetence. The lot of them have no shame.

Have we stopped pretending that Rwanda is a great place now? It’s really hard to keep up with the grift.

Those socks are far too high. No thank you.

Sounds about right. These journalists have become addicted to the drama of the Johnson/Truss era ‘governments’ so can’t cope when the grown ups come in and just do the job properly.

The word you’re looking for Beth is ‘lies’, not suspicions. Hope this helps.

You’re trying to both sides a debate where only one side is right. Farage will say anything to get air time. It’s disappointing that you all keep falling for it.

We’ve got half decent full backs who aren’t able to cut it as wing backs. Stick em in a back 4, let people in front of them create and we’ll be fine. Just need some new ideas, Evatt is done.

In the end, I couldn’t tell you what the shape what meant to be. More worryingly, the players clearly have no idea what the plan is supposed to be either. #bwfc

Second half even worse than the first. Evatt’s stubbornness is costing us big time. He’s made us worse over the summer, either needs to fix it quickly or we need to get rid. #bwfc

Hard to disagree. But you can say the same about every one of them today.

From my experience with different ECTs, the 2nd year is much more useful than the first. You’re no longer just following the framework, you’re picking specific targets and focussing just on modules that will help them with that target. Much more beneficial for making regular small steps of progress.

We’re also trying to roll out a new action planning format for subject leads and further down the line, trying to tighten up our assessments of foundation subjects. So plenty to be getting on with!

The main part of the brief to begin with is to work with staff to create some topic booklets for our foundation subjects. We’re trialling moving away from exercise books to these custom made booklets, which have everything in to save printing and sticking sheets in constantly.

I’m up for something similar. I’d be keen to pick the brains of some more experienced curriculum leads!

We’re going to trial using booklets rather than exercise books for our foundation subjects next year. We find that presentation drops in ‘topic books’ and they end up full of worksheets. We’re hoping to reduce workload and improve consistency by having everything in these pre-made booklets instead.

(Can I sneak in a bonus number 4 that just occurred to me?) 4: Use your ECT time to go and watch others teach, even if it’s just in your school. You very rarely get the opportunity again.

1: Spend time actually teaching routines in the first week. If they ever get forgotten or not done well, teach them again. 2: Ring parents occasionally just to let them know how great their kids are. They’ll love you for it. 3: Don’t take criticism to heart. Try to learn from it and move on.

Thanks! It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while too so very excited :)

Constantly looking to play forward too. Makes such a huge difference when the rest of the defence won’t take any risks.

Yep, like that. Was worried about Iredale or Conley being shoehorned into a centre-back role and getting battered by Parky’s directness so pleased to see our strongest defence.

Will absolutely take a gritty 1-0 win. More battling performances like Blackpool at home last season would see us right this season.

We use AirServer which lets you connect an iPad to your laptop so that it appears on screen (I think it can even be installed on the screen itself). We also have actual visualisers though and I much prefer them - much easier to share something quickly.

The Eerie-on-Sea series are so good. Shared Malamander with my last two classes and gone down so well both times.

If it helps, I’ve also done no schoolwork, but also yet do any of the housework that needed doing or any of the life admin that’ll get forgotten during term time so you’re streets ahead of me!

I know they’ve spent a lot but a newly promoted side for the first home game of the season - be very disappointed if we don’t win.

My favourite moment was after Wanderers signed a new player a few weeks ago, the BWFC hashtag was more interested in arguing over whether or not the club should have changed the Indian food provider in the match day Fanzone. Wild.

Please let it stay that way. I want just a few like minded fans to discuss a game with, the rest of the edgelords and ‘CR7’ kids can carry on screaming into the void over there!
