One of the priveleges of living near Toulouse. Post work ride, in the pyrenees Climbed up to a lake on a plateau (etang de Laparan) Tough irregular climb, +1200m in 21km. Stunning plateau, surrounded by mist, a very scottish feel with the river running thru it. Pint after. Home by midnight

Out in the sun at 9am this morn. Was already 25deg. Accompanied 2 groups of kids round the town, was 30deg at 11an when we finished with the second group. Both groups finished with dumping their water bottles over each other. Then rode the 20km to work, was cooked.

The increasing normalisation of nuclear weapons is deeply dangerous & sends message to all other countries that security depends on acquiring weapons of mass destruction. Oh & the bombs are owned & use controlled by US alone. What could possibly go wrong?
