But they're only asleep because of Jigglypuff's singing! Do they deserve it when your power did it to them in the first place?

There was a great interview by @chrisco96.bsky.social on my old stomping ground @moviemarker.bsky.social that first turned me onto looking at the score more closely.
Between this and EEAAO, I'm so excited to see what they get up to next. Not for nothing, but band-composers are so rare!

After my coach gave me that advice, I was like "no π " and instead developed a super robust template system that has since evolved and become even more automated. I don't even have to look for gaps in my calendar anymore: a booking form handles that for me! Looks good, works well, easy peasy.

oof that's garbage.
at my day job thankfully we're very anti-AI and have templates in place for everything. the one time i'm grateful we're a lil bit stuck in the past and still do everything old school!

ngl I started crying out of the frustration in that conversation while I was explaining why that was a bad idea, and that was a full year ago

Someone with more musical knowledge might have better words for it, but now I can't stop listening to the first 15 seconds of each song and squeeing internally (I'm on a train and squeeing externally is generally frowned upon)
