Yes, thanks I hadn't noticed I forgot to change it. So yes a quarter of a million... think of the money you save!

Even without the evil the cost is insane! $150million to deploy 4000 troops to deport, how many? Maybe 600 innocent people? That's $250k, half a million dollars per person!

Frankly the world should just say "Ok fine, have your tariffs." And then go do business elsewhere.

Oh how we'd love to be three days away again!

But it does wonders for discouraging immigration...why bother!

They work so hard to do something worse every day.

I suggest she have the folks that authorized this arrested and sent to El Salvadorean jail. And then we'll be able to see how hard it actually is to get someone back.

United in the sense that not one of us would want him to come over to watch the game with us.

Just remember he only got as far as day 3. Just like "prices day 1". He forgot to mention, and nobody seemed to ask, where things would be on day 70.

It's a terrible example. But you have to also consider that you have two brands that are marketed as being good because they are not American water. Says a lot about people's trust in American health and quality standards.

Actually we can tolerate a quite a bit of stupid. But lies, deceit and betrayal...that's another think coming.

For safety reasons it is best to have it block all traffic to/from 74.120.99.138

I guess they've already run out of actual teslas to burn.

I wonder if he knows if he signs his own scorecard. I assume he just has the scorecard written in advance and someone else signs them for him and tells him that he shot another club record.

A lot of folks wish those men would depart

O'Leary was all set to lead the cons but so many Canadians said "F that!" that he chickened out and quit the race rather than have to face them.

I wonder if he would have reconsidered his vote if he had realized it's impact on his book tour.

Why ban them. Better to force them to maintain all chargers, service and dealerships in Canada. And then still not buy them.
comment in response to post
Oh it's not a game. But it's also reasonable to point out that this line goes both ways.

Ok here's a way to resolve this. We're both democracies so let's vote. Canada will vote on whether we'd like to join the US. And the US will vote on whether you'd like to join Canada. Whichever country has the highest % of their voters that agree to the switch takes over.

The only campaign promise he's kept.

It may come to pass but it's certainly interesting commentary and a real indictment of the opponent to think of a central banker uniting the left.

And when it comes back and says...nope. Will they believe it this time and get vaccinated. Or will it just be further "proof" that it's a conspiracy.

If the dems are paying for protestors the gop should be holding these things day and night to bankrupt them.

Trudeau is always at his best when he's an underdog fighting for Canadians rather than fighting with them. He's loses focus as a day to day manager but he sure rises to challenges.
comment in response to post
That said, Polievre has nothing to offer other than anger and hopefully people are learning from Trump that perhaps just being angry is not a good reason to vote for someone.
comment in response to post
Trudeau made a lot of unforced errors along the way and had a tendency to dig in and defend. This is a strength when he's defending others, particularly Canada, but not so much when it is self-protection.
comment in response to post
Trudeau is at his best when he's fighting for Canadians rather than with Canadians. There's been a bunch of problematic versions of Trudeau in the middle but it seems to me he is going out as the charismatic underdog surprising Trudeau we elected in the first place.

Primarily because the victor ends up defining "evil"

Sorry about that elbow.

I think he meant exclusively on day one. Wasn't there an edict of some sort.

We're pissed off, and we don't like being pissed off. So now we're pissed off at even having to be pissed off. And while appearing super-nice, we are also the world's most vicious underdog.

What do you mean inefficient, 240 flights disrupted in one go! With our normal operations we only disrupt 40 to 50 flights at a time max. SpaceX leads in flight disruption efficiency!

Isn't he supposed to be on one of these things?

There are too many good books for just one day. There really should be three days so people in all timezones can properly cozy up with a book in the evening.

If you ask him anything remotely challenging he takes the 5th.

"Strike me down and I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine." Also...cool lightsaber!

When he said "day 1" he meant "day 1". But people forgot to ask what he was going to do on all the rest of the days.

It's not a "minerals deal" It is a "security deal" and should be even more appropriately be called a protection racket.

The most effective way would be to shore it up with some dead wood under it. There seems to be a good supply in Washington.

The match was between Vance and Trump, as usual both lost.

They drained that swamp so well all that's left is stinking concentrated malignant festering slime. Fyi: swamps are vibrant ecosystems home to thousands of varied species living mostly in harmony, no wonder the GOP wants to destroy them.
