@ctjhill.bsky.social, kid and I will be roaming the halls tomorrow! Hope to see you around.

Nope, I have some similar. They are too small for me to use comfortably for eating.

That printout headband is going to be very useful. Kid does not have enough hair to spike up naturally!

It's this Becky Excel one. glutenfreecuppatea.co.uk/2017/08/16/g... I had only about half the cocoa powder needed, so subbed in some chopped dark chocolate. No idea if that made a difference or if the base cake is just as moist.

Right, the series I was thinking of was Adventures on Trains by M G Leonard. Looking at it, maybe a bit advanced for 6yrs, but worth a look.

Typically I can't think of any unless I'm standing in front of a shelf at work! I know there is a series of mysteries set on a train, but they may be a bit old. I'll try and remember to look tomorrow and reply then!

Unsurprisingly, I am now reading Small Gods!

We've read & discussed 10 Discworld novels, and are a quarter(ish) of the way through. Our Quadrant 1 episode looks back at early Discworld. Faves, disappointments, surprises, themes & continuity. Plus Dave introduces his Weatherwax head cannon. www.podbean.com/ew/pb-9eh2s-...

It's the reverse of when @ctjhill.bsky.social and I watch Marvel related shows. She's getting all the references and I'm just along for the ride.

My bank account is now a bit lighter! Have The Black Coast coming, really enjoyed The Lion: Son of the Forest, so look forward to reading something set in your own world.

You'd almost think that it was Leclerc that was leaving at the end of the year!

I'm currently catching up on my Krakoan Age reading. There is some great stuff in there, Immortal X-Men is a standout. X-Men Origins Blue is excellent as well. A couple of the early mini series are skippable unless you love the characters. But the main line comics are worth it.

They were doing better than Selly Oak then! Good thing i know my PIN, as I didn't have enough cash to buy both my lunch and the Lego I'd picked up. Something was being left behind, and it may have been lunch!

Yeah, that's not a time to be doing a software update. It was chaos in the store, and only 1 person at the door telling a select few people about the issue. No tannoy announcements or signs.

Sometimes you just have to know when the happy accident is worth keeping! Looks great.

I thought it was very accurate:)

All I see is someone sensibly future proofing their storage needs :)

I've never been able to batch paint armies, which is why it's taken me a silly long time to have a decent amount of painted Space Marines! I'm very lucky with my painting space. I need to reign in the amount of space I use in the room a bit though!
