What the uncertainty range is (+/- years) on Trump blaming previous (e.g. Biden) or the next the president? #Trump claimed credit prior to taking office (maybe even the election) on things going well and is blaming Biden now for things going badly. When does this roll over to the next president?

He’s doing it anyway for all intents and purposes. First came firing the provisional employees. Those are being reversed a month later by courts. RIF plans were turned in yesterday. Employees just given their jobs back are still subject to RIFs. Congress is letting Trump cut funding they authorized.

If only he was our Senate minority leader, being interviewed by Chris Hayes etc, explaining so clearly the existential threat that Trump-Musk pose to our country. Every vote has to be based on whether it helps them. The CR clearly does, so vote no.

#Trump and #Elon are blasting a generic statement about cutting waste, fraud, and abuse without actually having to provide any evidence (which would be hard since there isn’t any widespread instances). More people like @anneapplebaum.bsky.social need to flood the zone with the devastating truth.

Bring back #SchoolHouseRock! We had to sing the Preamble in 8th grade in a big play that our Civics teacher put together. I’m not even sure my kids had Civics in high school.
