Yes of course, I use spring on a daily basis for years now, and not just Java, the right tool for the job. We are all engineers doing our job. But I found the quarkus aproach more enjoyable *to me*. At least I’m my personal projects.

I recently built an application with quarkus 3.2x. It was a very pleasant experience. Spring is covered in so many layers of abstractions that is starting to become annoying. I prefer quarkus aproach of using the own libraries instead of layers intrusive of abstractions

I have the exact same experience with Claude 4.0 opus (on max plan) supposedly the best llm for coding. Even with advanced prompts and rag techniques I have to review every single line of code because I just can’t trust it.

I have a different experience with LLMs. Of course it makes me code faster, but then I have to spend some time reviewing each line of code. One cannot trust completely code from LLM . Even Claude 4.0 opus on max plan still hallucinates a lot
