Have confirmed that Nook and Cranny bookstore (who recently lost their lease on 15th Ave E) tried contacting Kaiser about renting one of their now numerous vacant retail spaces, but got no response. Nook and Cranny ended up leaving the neighborhood despite wanting to stay close by. Thanks Kaiser.
