I thought we were going to see 3 stories once we got to extra innings.

I can tell you though that some of the varieties in Hawaiʻi that you can find at fruit stands and small local markets, they are really delicious. Supermarket bananas have no taste compared to a good dwarf apple banana from someone's yard in Haʻiku. "The produce alone is worth the trip."

If we tried to scale production in Hawaiʻi, then bunchy top virus will spread much faster. We do not have treatment or resistant varieties for BBTV. No amount of financial incentives can boost our domestic banana production.

Good news, they have a backup! Bad news: it's not exactly a current backup. It's fine though. We billed the hours once, and we can do it again.

Yeah, the natural law that requires all fascists to be the most chronic assholes imaginable turns out to be a bit of a structural defect in the ideology where governance is concerned. Their symbiotic relationship of self dealing lasted a lot more Scaramuccis than I thought it would.

So, in any case, farewell and safe travels to our neighbors who are moving to Russia, renouncing American values to become permanent Russian residents on Putin's new Shared Values Visa. I don't understand the desire. But good luck.

I've been thinking of planing a tree, but I doubt that's on the timescale you're looking for here.

Even the $30 unheated ones they sell on Lex Luthor's website are a big improvement over none at all. The cold water is a bit of a shock at first but fine after a day.

We need to put ours together for the year. My wife's allergies are out of control, and we build a new one each year with fresh filters. But it was great when we were getting a bunch of wildfire smoke.

Unless it's written by an author named Pendleton Birdsong, I don't see the connection.

Birds Eye Bulls Eye on the Wii Balance Board is amazing too, and may never be surpassed in this rot economy.

Weird that she descended into rabid madness all on her own.

I mean the rockets have been tested. Sure, they failed every test, but I'm sure with Elon on board it won't explode over Texas.

Oh my. It's crazy that he stopped aging, but still chose to have an absurdly bad hair dye job. 🥸

What are the colons and lower case lettered names about besides just making sure everyone knows they are deeply weird people?

I think when people see a shiny Porsche they think "rich dude, probably an asshole." But the rusted version makes you think "adventurous, probably a bit of a rascal, fun to hang out with." But the fact that it's just a ruse means this car is owned by the former, pretending to be the latter.

The only think worse than news outlets posting on X, is the ones sourcing news from X with their Blah Blah Goes Viral, Internet Erupts After Yada Yada stupid clickbait shit with embedded tweets. It was always a pathetic excuse for journalism.

It was fantastic. I will never understand why all the good stuff gets cancelled and the mediocre shit gets new seasons.

ngl it’s been over an hour and I’m still thinking about how the sentence “young Chinese women have small fingers” made it into the newspaper

I think it was by pretending that you think child labor laws are enforced in a country where they definitely aren't. Hope that clears it up for you.

Oh, and I followed you initially because your cute doggo looks kinda like my girl Daisy. I'm glad to discover your writing as a side benefit.

Yeah, quite of few of the excuses in your story are ones I've heard when trying to convince some clients we should follow web accessibility guidelines. It's an uphill battle when it shouldn't have to be.

Can you tailor it into a pair of pants? Or a short prose about a pair of pants?
