Wow. Permit me, this is not the point of your post… but I appreciate you sharing this as it’s the most stark realization for me just how bullshit BMI is. I’ve known for awhile but wow.
I have a lower BMI but more than double your %BF.
BMI seems like it should just be entirely disregarded anymore.

Agree with the ErgoChair Pro. I had one in DC. I left it with my mom so I have a good chair to use when I visit her, but I miss it. A very good chair! Unfortunately went with something else for my new apartment and I wish I hadn’t.
