Why is the US able to be an ally of Saudi Arabia then? The primary difference between the two countries is that Iran is dominated by a class of clerics whose ideology revolves around being anti-america and anti-israel.

Definitely. The world feels so well realized. However, I feel the show peaked in the first few episodes (although I haven’t seen the season 2 finale yet and episode 9 was excellent).
