Meanwhile when Dems/Lab lose they pivot right π
I'm beginning to be sceptical of RCV.
I used to think that if Lab saw high green or Ind primary votes they'd shift left. They don't.

Spot on.
It's not just a trade war and border protection issue set.
Everyone in the US will get hurt by this for years.

I'm currently in Australia. My partner doesn't want to go back again, and I don't blame her.

I do, every day.
And I'm not triggered, I'm saddened.
Most men are not horrible. Most women are not horrible.
Erroneous generalisations are weak and specious logic that harm more than help.
comment in response to
post
I'm far from it. I'm far more feminist than otherwise.
But daft generalisations that are demonstrably lies/stupid are bad.
I'm against them.
Many men are terrible. Most men are not.
Blanket misandry is tedious.
comment in response to

The "are men okay" like is so tedious.
Conflating all men into one category is just specious and reductive.
Some women did something bad. "Are women okay?"
Childish logic.

Sadly, so many still do. If they got no viewers, it'll get canned.
Too many of us feed the beast

And still you blame everyone but Russia for invading a sovereign country.
You're so pathetic. You truly are an insidious cuck.
comment in response to

Who is invading? Russia.
It can end tomorrow if Putin says so.
You're such a pretentious cunt to "both sides" the workers while Russia is trying to destroy another country.
I'm so embarrassed I ever followed you.
comment in response to
post
Are you retarded?
You just said that UKR and RUS workers are being pitted against each other.
That's so fucking stupid.
Russia is invading Ukraine.
It's not a battle of workers.
You pretentious piece of shit.
comment in response to
post
So don't conflate UKR and RUS.
Have some integrity, if you've got any.
comment in response to
post
UKR are fighting for the lives and homes.
If you cared about the proletariat in RUS you'd criticise Putin.
Fucking simple.

My sisters and I have had some real serious arguments about some of the contents and opinions she now espouses.
We've failed and mostly don't bring it up as it just causes fractures in relationships.

Absolutely!
My mum is a perfect example. Used to put LAB signs up in her yard and now almost only reads The Australian and argues from a RW perspective on almost EVERY ISSUE!

My mum is a massive The Australian reader. She reads it every day since she retired and she's warping into a completely different human π

Yeah, you have a point there.
Sadly, and juxtapositionally, almost every American I've known are wonderful humans. I've loved one in particular for many years, and we still keep in touch.

We've just gone through a difficult pregnancy that ended with a 6 wk premmie baby.
The whole ordeal for many months cost her a few hundred dollars upfront.

My partner and I had a big trip back to the US planned for November. I knocked her up months before so we cancelled the trip.
She was so happy we never went after Trump got elected. SO HAPPY!
She's asked me to turn down jobs there and she was right.
USA is so toxic right now.
