Have you ever heard about the “metal library”? Josh on Expedition Unknown did a piece on a Taos Cave in Ecuador where a prospector found a cave that contained a metal library. It’s giving me akashic record vibes.

These guys are out of their damned minds! If you are bringing people in to work on a farm, no matter how, pay them properly, take care of them properly, and have HR help them get work visas. People will clamour to work for you and you will never be short of good people if you treat them like people
