I disagree, teams/clubs have behaviour and “professional conduct” clauses in every contract. These contracts are easily terminated or bought out. See: Mason Greenwood.

Both numbers and eye test disagree on Havertz. Havertz is also a tireless presser and knows how to play defence. Don’t think the same can be said for Cunha.

Does he have high end skill? Yes. Does he apply it irregularly and seem to not care for long periods - also yes. I’ve seen a lot of him play the last 2 seasons. Will he move the needle at a big club or be another squad player?

Your point about protests from fans around sporting performance and ticket prices is well made.
Nucks mgmt and ownership have shown profoundly thin skin & wouldn’t surprise me if they systematically ban any protestors, revoke tickets etc.
