Sadly, coercion and abuse exist now. You’re assuming that just because people are disabled or elderly they don’t want a choice or shouldn’t have or aren’t capable making choices that affect them.

The show is an absolutely wonderful way to de-stress. It should be available on the NHS

But where were all those younger people on Remain matches? Maybe hidden behind all the older people?

I’m confused. Here on the so called “island of strangers” most of my friends seem to be “strangers”…. I thought they were just friends….

Easier just to deport anyone calling themselves an ex-pat when they’re actually an immigrant.

Elo is an accomplished artist with a particular interest in nature and the local environment. She has a real eye for detail. Her paintings are for sale or you are welcome just to come and look (and admire the beautiful church at the same time) Everyone welcome.

On my regular long train journey too many people in the Quiet carriage make and take phone calls or let their children play noisy computer games. The former assure fellow passengers “it’s just a short call” or walk through the carriage shouting so loudly they don’t really need a phone.

I’d fine the person sitting next to me on the bus who was watching a very graphic porn movie. Other passengers were shocked but I was the only person to tell him to stop.

And tell everyone buying a new phone they don’t have to listen to/make calls so we hear the person at the other end on loudspeaker.

I used to attend European Council Working Groups in Brussels. Speaking in those was easy thanks to the brilliant interpreters. It was saying Good morning to my EU colleagues that left me discombobulated. Say it in English, their language, the language of the current Presidency, something else…?🤔

Things have changed A LOT since Labour published it's manifesto. America is no longer a trusted ally. It's clearly in our best interests to #RejoinEU If they don't change tac then we'll vote tactically to get them OUT and @libdems.org.uk and TheGreenParty IN! petition.parliament.uk/petitions/70...

To celebrate the day, “my” foxes (the ones who live in my garden) are enjoying jam sandwiches and staring through the windows in the hope of cake.
