So, for those that asked, my chicken with preserved lemons recipe was very simple. Make a marinade out of preserved lemons (I think I used five or six, halved and with the flesh ‘loosened’ with a fork, olive oil, lots of crushed garlic, black pepper and ground cumin. 1/4
