Oat milk is a tough one! I had to use amylase enzymes to reduce the goopiness and improve the texture. After doing it once (and getting pretty good results) I'm back to buying it in stores.

the more democrats concede to the republican war on trans people, the more that signals to the public that trans people are a problem and should be stigmatized.

University of Toronto DLSPH. If you want to do research-oriented or community-oriented work, it's all possible due to the size of Toronto.

That’s why it’s so absurd when people say “we can’t fight Trump, he thrives on conflict.” Bullies like Trump do not thrive on genuine conflict with real stakes. They thrive on fake conflict they can win and control. They fear real conflict immensely. Conflict is how you beat them. They are cowards.

Not sure if you’ll be able to collaborate with ICES in Toronto if you’re outside of Ontario or Canada but they should have that info for Ontario

The entire roster of health nominees is terrible. They are not there to reform the agencies they are nominated to lead but to promote quackery, indulge in conspiracies and carry out a bloodletting of expertise and experience that will leave this country reeling for a generation. 15/
