14.) Current or most recent gaming wallpaper Current one on desktop isn't gaming, but my laptop and phone have these (my phone has had that since 2021 lol)

13.) A game you've played more than five times Guess who again hehe

12.) A game everyone should play While challenging at times, and bearing a few design flaws, this game is just... so well-made. One of the few I feel like I can suggest to just about anyone

11.) Gaming system of choice ... All the answers off the top of my head are because of custom firmware letting me play way more than the system was original designed to. But if I just consider out-of-box playability, then probably the PS2

10.) Best gameplay I may not be even remotely good at it, but god damn, is it ever one of the most amazingly put-together games I've ever played

9.) Saddest game scene To this day, I don't think anything has gotten me as hard as THAT death in Phantasy Star IV. The scene was so incredibly done

8.) Best game soundtrack It's a toss-up between these two. There is maybe *one* track from both that I skip during a listen, and even then, not always

sfsdd I FORGOT ABOUT THAT

7.) Favorite game couple THEM. Even if the game doesn't let it be so, IT'S THEM

6.) Most annoying character I get upset every time I see this shit. He's not even necessarily that bad as a character (he's just a kid), but like, WHAT IS THIS ChuChu is a runner up, but at least she has moments that make me laugh

Both voice recordings are great, but that original one takes the cake!

5.) Game character you feel you are most like When I'm at my most comfortable, I think I'm some sort of blend between Agnea Bristarni and Aerith Gainsborough. There's definitely another in there, but I can't think of a character that matches the sass levels I can reach sdfsffs

4.) A guilty pleasure game I've been pondering this one for literally over an hour and I just don't know. Maybe Dragon Knight? But that's only because it's an adult game and I have mixed feelings on a lot of those, but not because of the adult nature itself

3.) A game that is underrated Regardless how you feel about the doofy dubbing (personally love it), it's actually a pretty solid time-traveling murder mystery adventure and I love so much

2.) Your favorite character It's been Shion Uzuki since 2003

1.) Very first video game Crystalis is the first video game I can remember actually trying to play myself instead of watching my siblings play. (Japanese box art because I like it more)

I gotta play more of this, I was really enjoying it from the little that I did play!

I looked at it again and was like "Oh wait, I can just hit Done and maybe I can figure something else from there". But then it prompted me to input a name, so no, I'm definitely stuck with this here until I stop being lazy

They're definitely just doing what they think is the best course of action given the absolute hell that's happening to the world 😭 (I highly recommend playing it sometime! Even the latest patch added a ton of new stuff, so I can only imagine when it's all done!)

They definitely are adventures 😂 I should really post about them more, because setting up this XP desktop has been a lot of fun, but I've barely talked about it

Not sure why the GOG version is asking for a disc on XP (I know the installer doesn't support that OS, but it still functions). But it's an interesting bug nonetheless. Regardless, I will likely use my disc copy of Oblivion on this computer, I just wanted a quick test to make sure it ran fine

OOohh, that's so true! I may take you up on that offer (although I need to look more into this because that's a snag ugh)

Most likely. I wonder if a UK or EU retailer would be easier for Canadians to order from

MYST LITERALLY DEFINED A GENRE AND WAS ONE OF THE BEST-SELLING GAMES OF ITS TIME, it baffles me that this is just some hand-wave thing

Same here, like I was immediately wary from the moment you met Aster on the second floor, but as the game went on (and especially during all the ending stuff, like when you can ask the questions), I realized how they were just trying to do good 😭

I also have been kinda scatterbrained since... January, honestly. And my fucky sleep quality has put me in a bad headspace, so the bipolar has been back and forth more than usual
