I was able to get to the form via:
* Visit Contact page good.store/pages/contact
* Click Track order
* Click Home Icon in the directory path list at the top of the orders
* Now the contact form appears below the Track order option

I think some part of me will always be the person having to triple check the expected grocery cost at check out and if I need to put something back.

As much as I hate non-remote work it really is a lot harder for someone to stare you in the face and pretend you're not a human being. It's a good way to go! I think in an ideal world you should aim to spend a portion of your time broadening your horizons, but I think there's a lot of "but in context" to go along with that.
I definitely was reading a lot less for the last couple years and this has helped get me back into hours/day
