My contract with Audible specifies that it's audio only for 4 months, before the text version can be released.

From the camera angle, it appears he may have been eating beans.

I second Marshall's comment. I loved that movie, but it did seem like it changed direction. Would love to know what was supposed to happen. Is there a book it was based on?

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. 😇

It’s iffy. I just checked my timelines. Neil and Hersch discovered the Casimir power source in 2227, while Ick and Dae delivered their payload and took off in 2257. So they could easily have done an in-flight upgrade.

Amazon and Audible. It's the nature of the contract.

😝No, actually my previous allegiance starts with 'A' and ends with 'udi'. The etron is a great vehicle in most respects but range is mediocre.

I've really got to get going on some sequels, including that one.

Which is odd, because this video by an actual scientist www.youtube.com/watch?v=U068... says different things.

Also forums. You have total control over what sub-forums you follow, what threads you follow, what other users you follow/friend/block, etc. Forums have faded in popularity over the years, and I'm honestly not sure why.

As for copilot, I turned that puppy off so fast I left skid marks on the mousepad. *Anything* that smells of A.I. gets the immediate hellno.

I deliberately wrote my current WIP in Scrivener, since I'd bought a license some years ago. One thing it's hands-down better than Word for is moving chapters around and doing corkboard summaries. Still, end of day, I moved the WIP back to Word. I simply still like it best.

Available on Amazon as e-book now. Print version, couple more days according to my agent.

It may just require enough requests to get the ball rolling.

Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro. Overall a pretty good printer, but connection between the PC and printer is atrocious. I'm mostly using a thumbdrive.

Not yet as of book 5, but they've just gotten hueys off the ground.

Interestingly two of the three Starbuxen in Whistler closed, leaving only one to service the entire village.

I was listening to an A.I. narrated YouTube video about the Lucid Air this morning, and the script must have said '*fast*' at one point. The narrator actually said 'asterisk fast asterisk'. Jeez.

Wil Wheaton (in your case) and Ray Porter (in my case) are not replaceable. A narrator needs to do more than just pronounce the words correctly. They need to understand the work so they know when it’s time to overact or go deadpan, change timing, or insert dramatic pauses. AI isn’t even close yet.

Bob has never given any indication of having musical talent, although drift could certainly produce it.

Cauliflower is ok, but they'd better not be broccoli or there's gonna be trouble.
