Just giving a shout-out to MusicBee as an audio player. The level of customisability is ridiculous, even without mods. A plug-in was required to get it to display on my old Logitech keyboard, but apart from that, the vanilla implementation covers all the bases (and then some).

I always saw the AFL's demand that Tasmania build a costly new stadium as a bluff. My take: #AFL didn't really want a Tassie team and put (what they thought) would have been a decisive roadblock in the way. Tassie gov't called their bluff and now it's a guillotine hanging over the state budget.

I'm currently re-watching Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008). Despite being a cartoon aimed at kids it really is an excellent addition to the IP and I strongly recommend it to Star Wars fans. There's some dumb shit (mostly involving droids), but it is a minor annoyance next to the rest of it. 1/2

Something I hate in tactical shooting games is where, purely for "balance", enemy gear -- which is clearly superior to your equipment -- is somehow not lootable at the end of a fight. Bad guy has just chewed you up with a machine gun... why wouldn't you grab it? Currently playing Chains of Freedom
