It's just justification theater for forcing others to accomodate their prejudices. They enjoy being nasty but expect to be treated with "respect". Like all MAGA, pathetic snowflakes.

The idea that heat pumps are in any way controversial is utter bollox; as is the idea that the BBC should steer away from anything that upsets the right wing Trumpist nut jobs. Heads should roll over this.

Civics 101: executive orders are not laws. Schools and major news outlets (accent on the “news”) are obligated to educate the people- to tell the truth. (There is no such thing as “alternative facts”). If they don’t, we are lost.

Not just editors and producers. Law firms, judges, politicians - the responsibility for calling out illegal actions and abuses of power lies with all of them.

He is not making laws, and it is not a royal proclamation. Executive orders CANNOT override federal laws and statutes. EOs are supposed to ensure that laws are followed, NOT attempt to force people to do illegal things.

🤣i was trying to be nice. But i honestly think it’s mostly not their fault - a good percentage of them are callous arseholes, but I think most were affected by a clever disinformation campaign. The Palestinian supporters for example.

We don’t hate you, we are scared of your freaky fascist Christian fundamentalist government. And the whole threat to world order and the economy is a bit of a problem.

This is why. "Washington has become Nero’s court, with an incendiary emperor, submissive courtiers and a jester high on ketamine in charge of purging the civil service...We were at war with a dictator, we are now at war with a dictator backed by a traitor.” - Claude Malhuret

Trump and Musk firing thousands of scientists conducting lifesaving work seems bad. Do you think you could cover it with the tireless outrage that you applied to a woman's imperfect adherence to email server security best practices?

We literally have a Trump clone in power for almost 2 decades, the only thing people should learn from Hungary is to NEVER be like Hungary. Even after our PM resigns there's practically nothing left from the country as they destroyed all public services & privatized everything...
