Surely you know that MAD superwriter Dick DeBartolo wrote thousands of questions for Match Game.
Dick De was even responsible for saving the show. When CBS-TV canceled it, he began writing the kinds of questions Match Game is best known for, the ratings improved, and CBS canceled the cancellation!

MAD's Tom Richmond and I did CLAPTRAP, our book of movie parodies.
Each spoof could stretch to lengths that weren't determined until the scripts were done. The extra space helped Tom win the National Cartoonist Society's 2024 Book Illustration award!
