One of my former clubs tried to have a protected lane removed and thank goodness failed. I couldn’t understand the “but what about our club sprint point?” Comms. The sprint that is used for exactly 1 min every Saturday.

I get emails all the time in my inbox meant for another person with my name who has a very similar email address as mine. No matter how much I forward it, they come back to my inbox.

I had a friend in high school who wanted to identify male but felt afraid to for obvious reasons. We lost touch after high school but I’m proud of him for living his best life now.

I’ve viewed this moment as we are living a collective trauma again without acknowledging or coping the most recent (COVID) collective trauma. Lead poisoning though…That gives me a lot to think about.

Thanks for the context. Admittedly I missed the last 10k, only saw photos and a post race summary on Cyclingnews. The outcome makes a lot more sense even if the optics are still bad.

Yeah. I agree with the 5 year degree part. I took 4.5 years so I could keep performing in some musical groups. At least at the time, in a 4 yr program we had required electives that we had to do outside of the engineering school.

When I was in engineering school, I valued my history, communications and even economics courses so much. I looked at my school’s curriculum today and it is completely devoid of anything outside science and engineering. It’s a shame.

LOL@Chuck Schumer. They are already dismantling the government and giving them what little leverage you have isn’t going to help. Can’t wait to see you getting primaried.

Not eating enough lunch in 3rd grade. Had to go to the principal’s office and fill out some forms. My mom was not impressed.
