I truly never understood what “satiety” meant.
My brain didn’t have the switch. That’s the first thing I learned. Because FUCK ME day one I suddenly stopped eating about 1/2 way through a meal and knew i was done.
I’m eating when I’m hungry. I’m not stress eating. I don’t even want to.

You can’t exercise your weight down either, unless you go to extremes.
I’ve struggled with disordered eating and eating disorders since I was child.
