This isn’t against his will, this was the plan all along. The plan was always to move from Trump to Vance within the first 2 years. The tariffs & deficit bill just moved up the timeline.

Some boffin could at least recalculate the scoring records at least, but I do take your point. The counter point would be the league did adapt to adding 3 point line (I was born 83 so that’s been around my entire life).

It’s the fireman claiming credit for putting out the fire he started.

A move because of this. I think a lot of well meaning nonsense is written about private schools when it comes to special needs children. But the data doesn’t back it up and frankly it’s unfair to parents to mislead them in this way 2/2

There are actually a lot of private schools in voucher states that are built exclusively for special needs children and both the parents and children in those states report a lot more happiness and satisfaction than parents in states such as mine (NJ). We’re visiting some schools & considering 1/

Don’t disagree with you at all on that. My question was not about the dissolution of the D of Ed though but was about the take that private schools aren’t a good environment for Special Ed kids because parental satisfaction surveys show the opposite. We’re thinking of moving states for this reason

So I’m intrigued by this take, I’m the parent of a special needs child in NJ, when I look at data of states that have gone to voucher systems, parents of special needs children and the children themselves consistently report higher satisfaction with their schools than parents such as myself.

Either you respect the rule of law or you don’t. Right now you’re advocating that the rule of law should only apply to the government. I’d advocate that the rule of law applies to visitors, immigrants, citizens and the government. You’re the one who’s intellectually inconsistent.

Two things can be true. It’s possible (and very reasonable to believe) that immigration laws should be upheld and people who work illegally should be deported and also to believe that the Government is actually unconstitutionally and be frustrated congress isn’t holding the executive to account.

To me ‘whataboutism’ isn’t the way to go here but you do you. I’m an immigrant from the UK to the US, I come here first in 2012 and just become a citizen this year. There’s a right way to do things & breaking the rules isn’t appropriate for anyone!

For what it’s worth she was actually working here while on a tourist visa. That was the core issue, she had the wrong visa for what she was doing. Not for one second that detainment was the right solution but working without a work visa should result in deportation.

If you think about how much money the Raiders have in the front end (Wilkins and Crosby) they should in theory need less resources in back end. Guessing Pete didn’t see them as fits for his vision. I was surprised on Moehrig, particularly when factor in age as well.

Clearly this would be more of a 2nd and 3rd based on the trade they just made.

With the Chiefs and Eagles meeting in the Super Bowl again, what do you think NFL front offices are going to take away from that in terms of where they deploy resources & build their roster e.g. more focus on building up the Oline/Dline, hiring creative d-coordinators etc.

Because you can have influence in doing it this way, perhaps get some concessions that will help some vulnerable people. It’s also your responsibility as an elected representative to try and contribute to legislation, just refusing to participate won’t help anyone.

No just the handshake but he gave him a huge smile, I’m sure the man was hurting but he definitely took a moment to give love to Allen, it was incredibly classy.

Big fan of your show but not a Steelers fan so very curious about this. Is this part ways hoping to get worse in order to get better? I think this would be akin to Eagles parting way with Andy Reid who went on to have a lot of success elsewhere and ultimately Eagles got worse and then better.

Can you explain why all data shows drinking is massively down by young people compared to earlier generations? Why are these cancers on the rise today vs the 50s or 60s when drinking was so much higher. This doesn’t correlate with drinking data.

I agree with about 90% of this. I think Geno has genuinely been excellent and has elevated a terrible line throughout the season, however, he also plays in such an aggressive style and does make brain farts. Seahawks wouldn’t be better without him but it can be frustrating.

I’d have been on the edge of my seat if Jamies was out there, shoot these recent prime town browns games have been some of my faves of the season to watch. There is nothing interesting about watching Howell play.

I’ve enjoyed plenty of pizza in Rome, very seen an Italian fold a slice. You’re living up to your name here.

Oh you’re just ignorant of pizza then. Ok, thanks for clearing it up.

Are you confusing Detroit style with Chicago style? Detroit style is very similar to Sicilian style pizza (which is very traditional).
