Yesterday in Medina, Justice Thomas argued that the Court interprets civil “rights” too broadly. But he deleted the part of the law that shows the opposite is true. Is it originalism or textualism that lets you omit original text that undermines your policy presence?

Spot on. This is the clearest explanation I’ve seen. It ‘s relatable, and humanizes the issue in a way everyone can understand.

They’re planning on building a detention center for migrants in the middle of the fetid swamps of Florida. If you think this is something new, the first internment camp they sent me and my family to in 1942 was a barbed wire prison called Rohwer. It was located in the swamps of Arkansas.

I genuinely don't understand how we're falling for "they have WMDs" AGAIN

The MSM is complicit (and continues to be) on all of these things for the last 8 years, sane-washing the words and actions of Trump

Trump without Trump - this is an EDIT with commentary of Trump's speech after the U.S. military bombed three nuclear sites in Iran on June 21, 2025. You won't have to listen to his voice or see his face.

It’s a good thing Congress isn’t alive to see this

A question every reporter should be asking Trump and Republicans: If Trump doesn't trust his own Director of National Intelligence, and by extension, US intelligence, then which country's intelligence is he relying upon?

Here is the dirty secret no one is speaking out loud: Trump does not believe that bombing the hell out of Iran is going to send Iran back to the negotiation table, nor has anyone in his inner circle suggested to him that outcome. He fully knows he has entered America into a war.

World War 3 kinda sucks, but you know, it was either this or pronouns

Oh.

Take note.

Somewhere, Irina Briganti is flensing a lawyer. www.mediaite.com/lawcrime/new...
