So the #BBC won't show #Kneecap 's set live, nor even acknowledge that they're between #BobVylan and YussefDayes in the #Glastonbury #WestHolts lineup? They sure do make a lot of active political choices to do things differently (where defaulting to not doing things differently would be apolitical).

Oh that’s a huge blow to democracy. It’s used to good effect in Sheffield too, because things have to be done by that wonderful art of consensus building. So sad they just seem intent on consolidating power and dismantling reasonable debate.

I think what's also being missed is the tactics of 'climate delay'. By talking about technologies as solutions which don't work, or don't exist, yet you are creating a space to carry on burning fossil fuels unimpeded...
