All of those are valid points. What I'm saying is that it doesn't make sense to pretend they're doing a bad job at what they are doing because what they are doing may be a bad thing.

NASA blew up a lot of rockets during testing. SpaceX Falcon 9 rockets have a really good track record as the shuttle service to the Space Station over the last few years.

There's a huge team of really smart people working on that project. I feel for them every time people downplay their success to dunk on Musk. They're doing what was impossible.

Many of the straightforward things we need to do that would greatly improve society are hella boring. Like even trying to listen to why it would be impactful might put you to sleep. That has always been the big problem with convincing humans to fix society.

Some of us grew up on American cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar. Smoked Gouda changed my life. Even splurging on a “better” version of a cheese you know will improve your quality of life.
