Easy decision since Tucker has no power and minimal influence these days. Ted, unfortunately, has power so I'll take his humiliation any day over Tucker's.

And does SF enforce it? Oakland has limits on short-term rentals but wasn't enforcing them at all a couple years ago (don't know if it finally is now).
comment in response to post
Except she should have explicitly called them out instead of "pretty clearly" saying it.
comment in response to post
It isn't complicated. I'm a simpleton and can game it out fine. Those who "can't" just don't have the desire to.
comment in response to post
That was not worth reading, sorry. She's a typical Trumper. Zzzz

Full investigation into what was entirely caught on video. We already know what happened Chuck! How about gumming up the Senate? How about calling out the GOP for its love of authoritarianism? We don't need no fucking investigation bro.
comment in response to post
Thanks for stating the obvious.
comment in response to post
Both.

Since he's a NAZI, he probably knows it as Konigsberg.
comment in response to post
His peer @adamschiff.com could learn a thing or 3 from him
comment in response to post
We have the answers. You're useless.

NAZI Noem
comment in response to post
Answers? We need answers to what? Is it not clear what happened? Since when did you become Chuck Chickenshit Schumer?
comment in response to post
We need immediate answers? That's his fucking response? Another example that the dude needs to go.
comment in response to post
How about calling her NAZI Noem going forward?
comment in response to post
Good? Eh, he's ok. But yes, he's better than @adamschiff.com, who has been incredibly disappointing.

At what cost? An actual infrastructure bill got passed along with some other impressive legislation. I'll take that thanks. Also, the Dems gained 3 seats in the Senate that same year.
comment in response to post
Has everyone forgotten how the Dems did in 2020?? Newsflash BIDEN WON! Dems added 3 seats in the Senate and Dems maintained a majority in the House. Seems like the protests didn't hurt them.

Yeah, BYD went from non-existent in Indonesia to everywhere super quickly (and I'm sure Toyota's sales have dropped significantly too)
comment in response to post
Same could be said about the US Attorneys. 1/6 used up a substantial chunk of its budget (thanks to Congress keeping its appropriation flat more or less in the Biden years)
comment in response to post
Dude, you're pathetic

That'd be pretty sweet! I have lived in the Bay Area for around 30 years. Can't say I've spent a single minute in Sunnyvale (except maybe driving through a part of it). If it became a Little Manhattan, I might actually be inspired to pay it a visit.
comment in response to post
Yeah, it is crazy to me that I pay around $1300/year for home insurance when many in the country pay a heck of a lot more while their homes are worth significantly less (just b/c they're not in CA, not b/c my house is anything special). Premiums in CA are bound to go up

Tesla's stock has to reflect reality eventually, right?

Here is your reward for being a theoretical ethical billionaire.

If not for the setting, I'd say that sounds like a scene from a White Lotus episode.
comment in response to post
It's not even 2:1 in some parts of the Bay Area, it's nearly 1:1. 13:1 is closer to what Austin has. Guess where the housing crisis is worse?
comment in response to post
Sooo it is like a lot of other lines of work then? Shocking.

I am spending the first week of June disconnected from the Internet and news. Gotta say I'm looking forward to it, and glad I can passively stick my head in the sand for a bit.
comment in response to post
I'm soooo tired of incompetence and we aren't even 6 months into Trump's term. FML
comment in response to post
My brain was a hell of a lot sharper and I was a much better writer when I was a history major.
comment in response to post
If only that were the case 25 years ago! (Things ultimately turned out well for me, so I really can't complain)
comment in response to post
It's the campaign $, of course. How depressing.
comment in response to post
Oh I most definitely can believe that!
comment in response to post
That dude just has a natural dipshit look to him too. I don't know how anyone could ever take him seriously.
comment in response to post
She's all about consensus and bipartisanship! It's her brand! (Excuse me, I have to now run to the bathroom to throw up)

Pretty much every member of Congress from New York is shit. AOC is the exception.

Pete went to Harvard. JD went to OSU for undergrad and Yale for law school. They didn't go to school together.

If you're going back to Lincoln, gotta include this dude then. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thaddeu...

Bush is responsible for more deaths and destroyed lives than Trump is (so far).
comment in response to post
It's gotta come tumbling down at some point. I don't get it.
comment in response to post
He did both I think

Sanity left this country awhile ago unfortunately.
comment in response to post
Ha, yeah, same. I also entered Assad-era Syria and Yemen. Only place I've been detained and questioned for hours was the democracy we give billions to. I thought it was because of my travels, but met a redhead Brit who had never been to an Arab or Muslim country and had a similar experience to me.
comment in response to post
Dude, wtf? You have become a joke.
comment in response to post
He directed the first (but yes, not the other two of the OT)

Trump is doing his best at making a mockery of our government.
comment in response to post
So you've basically given up on your political career huh? Cool

Dude, you're the tech industry's pawn no matter how much you pretend otherwise.
