Caramilk and aero aren't canadian, they sell aero in japan and caramilk is just the canadian name for caramel cadburys chocolate! though cadburys is not widely stocked in japan, so it might still be a good choice. Can't help otherwise though idk abt canadian snacks 💔

yeah i think the way it works is it scans your piece at upload time and it applies whatever tags it thinks it should have regardless of what you choose u_u

i feel like boobs often are drawn with a kind of. weightless quality to them? wanted to capture their heaviness. and theyre almost never just like chilling with sloppy style. so heres my girls chilling with sloppy style. thank u

its best to actually transfer around renewal time, in which case make sure you re-lock your domain after youve had a look at the options!
comment in response to

it's primarily hosting i hear of issues with so i think youre okay, but they may very well be overcharging you so id look at other services to check! you'll want to unlock your domain and then look at sites like namecheap, namesilo, porkbun, and gandi to see which will have the cheapest transferral

i mean moreso with those restrictions and it being paid, not to mention it being a generally bad idea to have your domain registrar also be your webhost, netlify is probably the better option because it just doesn't have those cons while being free!
comment in response to
post
id say then for static hosting, netlify is a better option as it is entirely free

very true! I got started with neocities and then moved to netlify when i started using 11ty to build my pages, as neocities' biggest flaw is not being very good at uploading files in large batches. I've not personally used nekoweb but it's very similar to neocities but afaik doesnt have that issue!

it's very standard for the first year to be considerably cheaper than the renewal price though so i always recommend checking that the renewal price is not too high, because it'll likely be very similar no matter where you go and you dont want any nasty surprises!

I use both namecheap and namesilo personally! To some degree, the price is out of their hands as TLDs are all owned by separate companies that the registrars are registering with, and it's those companies that set base prices for new domains & renewals. But do shop around at renewal time to be sure!

its so sad that way out ended so abruptly after 84 updates and we never did find out how they find their way out bc its one of my favourite comics but im sure whatever happened next it all went perfectly through the power of love and nothing went wrong ever 😊

I also would not personally recommend godaddy, it has a long history of locking people into their service, hiking prices, making it difficult to migrate, etc etc... they're a rather predatory host.

hullo! I'm just skimming through this at the moment, and I wanted to recommend for your resources list phosphor icons (phosphoricons.com)! it's very similar to font awesome but while FA restricts a Lot of icons and the different variants behind its pro subscription, all of phosphor is free :)

🌈 1. We're a community, not a publisher.
If you're looking for a fast road to fame & fortune, sorry, that's not us!
If you want a community of like-minded creators who care about the same things - doing our best to be supportive humans and making stuff together - that's what you'll find here.

🥳 5. We're honestly pretty laid-back.
We're basically a bunch of comic-making pals hanging out and learning from each other.
Our volunteer-led project list is always rotating, and you don't have to participate in every activity - but the more you do, the more you'll get out of SpiderForest!
