Forced birth from a dead woman in Georgia is the leadin for forced pregnancy on unresponsive female accident victims. That’s a leadin for when they are no longer accident victims. Wait for it. The USA is cooked.

I'm certain that was the plan all along, to get Vance the presidency. Thiel, Musk, Zuckerberg, et al need a malleable figurehead for instituting their fantasy of a technocracy with them at the helm. He's been their boy since 2017.

Even as they’re being flown to El Salvador they’ll refuse to believe that it’s happening to them.

47 is no longer running the country. They are distracting from the budget reconciliation bill. Members of Congress are being threatened if they don't pass it. They are desperate to pass it with sec 70302 sec 80121(h) 43201 (c) and the tax cuts for the rich intact. Call your senators ASAP to oppose.

Good times. Life was so much simpler.

The money. It's always about the money.

This is the message that needs to be shouted by all of the companies capitalizing on rainbow themed merchandise.

I'm in. Are you gay enough to be a great workout partner (not a euphemism 🙂) and tell me honestly if these jeans look good on me?

Part of the standard "flood the news cycle with bullshit to distract from the real criminality" routine. Its Jerry Springer - National Enquirer level circus performance. Don't be distracted by it.

The minute Canada starts bending it's laws to accommodate despots it becomes no better than a despot.

The wildfires are quite a biggie. 35 C is a nice summer day where I work though, we’re in 43 to 48 with zero breeze on the gun deck through the summer months.

A nation deserves the government that it elects. Hoisted by ones own petard. Shooting oneself in the foot. Having to lie in one's bed once it's made. Congratulations, to all of the dumbasses that didn't vote one way or the other. You're as much to blame as the MAGAts.

I think this is more for Middle East and Gulf of Mexico oil workers. Alberta sees a max temperature of what, 30°C? No one is going to die from temperatures in Alberta unless they freeze to death.

I think you'll find that Americans in general love a good, heated debate but are unlikely to expend the effort needed for a full on revolution. Getting the criminals out of the White House, Congress and Senate cannot be done purely from a keyboard and that's where the commitment of most will end.

Absolutely. I don't have any experience with reality tv stars or fox news hosts, but I can tell you drug addicts aren't good managers. This is not a sustainable model, let's just hope it falls apart sooner rather than later.

As long as 1/3 of the voting population stays silent, the 31.4% that love to hear their bigotry, misogyny and hatred approved of by a so-called billionaire will dictate the nation's fate.

Follow the money. Republican congress and senate will never derail their gravy train.

It’s exactly what they voted for.

Like the tv series “Person of Interest” but evil.

You’d better start the paperwork on immigration to a different country. I think the US is cooked. Canada’s nice. Portugal is too, with better weather.

They CANNOT give a simple yes or no. I think that even were their own lives at stake, they’d be unable to answer a question simply yes or no. Incredible.

Same. There are some accounts there that I miss, but not so much to keep me there for any length of time.

How much will they spend on this nonsense that could go towards children’s lunch debt? I don’t know which is actually more ridiculous, assigning food debt to school children or Christian indoctrination in a place of education.

The world sees that the current US government is a Russian ally. Not so much sidelined as switched sides.

Not by a long shot. The ones who can make a difference, in congress and senate, are too busy getting rich off his grifts. They’re not going to derail their own gravy train.

I’ve been saying this for years. Voter suppression and apathy got the US in the mess they’re in now.
