once you understand that concept, you can give the torso/hips a clear flow that the rest of the body can follow.
a lot of it also comes down to having fun shapes. Focus on that first and correct the anatomy later. The kinda shapes you can draw is very muscle memory dependent tho so experiment alot

do the torso and hips first. people don't stand perfectly straight IRL. If someone has their hand on their hip, their shoulder line would tilt upwards. If they are putting their weight on their one foot, their hips would be tilt that way.
