Just because you did some cheese didn't mean some other weirdo can't do a wheel of sharp cheddar, John.

I just put out a new micro-RPG, meant to be played in a single session, about leaving the big city and heading home to the countryside. I hope you enjoy. #TTRPG #IndieRPG #RPG

The Dragon's Keep dice tower is perfect for rolling dice in melodramatic style! Drop a d20 in the top and it will tumble out in the tray, protected by a dragon. thebrokencircle.etsy...

A reminder, as we're under 24 hours away from Season 3 of #Andor, that if you want to chat with other #StarWars fans here, I've curated a feed for you! bsky.app/profile/did:...

Painting by Swedish artist John Holmvall. I love this kind of #folklore art. A lot of fantasy art today is incredible and amazing but can sometimes feel very... samey. #FantasyArt #ttrpg

One (of many) reasons I love @diterlizzi.bsky.social's art! Illustration from The Spiderwick Chronicles.

Another example, by Larry MacDougall. www.deviantart.com/bridge-troll #FantasyArt #ttrpg

I would be extremely remiss if I left out Brian Froud. I dunno. This art style feels... more earthy? grounded? than a lot of other art. But it still maintains a romantic, mystical, otherworldly air. (Fun fact: The red haired woman is Brian’s wife, Wendy, in the first image.) #FantasyArt #ttrpg

Clan Malkavian is all of us.

If you understand this and you laughed, we can chill.

Dear Houston. From the bottom of my black little heart!

Kip, the Enchanted Cat. A chapter in Golden Books’ The Fairy Tale Book with illustrations by Adrienne Segur. 1958.

Monstress Book 3 will be released this summer!🙌

On Threads, many folks saying their idea for a #TTRPG PC starts before they even look at a character sheet. This is interesting to me because with most games, I pick a role* I want to play and then the character, personality & other intangibles eventually grow out of that concrete foundation.

Just came across the old map of my homebrew D&D setting again. Created back in the AD&D days, but revived and re-imagined for a long 4e campaign I still have fond memories of. I renamed it "The Midlands". #ttrpg #FantasyMaps #dnd

EVERY argument for genAI image/word slop relies ENTIRELY on the person arguing not actually understanding things while accusing others of not understanding. Whether that's art and the act of creating it, or the genAI software itself.

Random Fact The Girdle of Feminity/Masculinity is a canon magical item introduced into D&D in 1979 that permanently changes the sex of wearer … (it was even part of the first Baldur’s Gate computer game.) So … Trans characrers have canonically been part of D&D for almost half a century.
