Thanks Tez, same to you and yours. These are my guys, concert partners/partners in crime(at JP, MetallicaMachine Head and Anthrax).

I think so. Hell, I'm fairly well impressed by the second act too. It doesn't match act 1, but it's more than I expected. Plus Jerry has a nice solo catalogue, Mad Season is a ridiculously good side project w/ Layne. Talented mofos.

It's just so damn good. I think the first four are all A's, but FW and the debut are A++. Very different vibes from each other, FW a bit darker and the debut a bit ..... happier, I dunno the word I'm searching for.

Thank ya sir!!

I have nearly the opposite opinion of that(which of course doesn't mean squat). For me, Mob Rules has improved with age, and Dehumanizer stayed firmly strong(I was amazed with DH from the outset). Blizzard has never diminished in my eyes(but Diary aging like a fine whine to slightly surpass it).

Indeed.

So many cool shows back then.

Not the main guy. I don't remember his name.

No. I'm old enough to have watched plenty of the original. I liked the bartender Isaac and the Doc the most. The Doc went on to be the Governor(I think, or senator) in Iowa, when I was in college there. Goofball TV persona, then serious politician.

My favorite song from them is Sometimes Salvation. open.spotify.com/track/2ttacV...

That Astros shit irked me. I'm a Sox fan, and the fact that they brought Cora back? I haven't paid attention to them since. He was a big part of that, and that was a horrible message to rehire him.

Sorry to burst your trouble makin bubble good sir. But yeah, this is a fukkin crackin album. How many great bands and albums just went totally unnoticed by the masses?

Nope, if you say it's so, it must be so.

Haha, admittedly I have not.

That's absolutely amazing. One slip, cramp, gust of wind at the wrong time, and he's done. I've got no problem saying I wouldn't do it.

Me being the late bloomer to DM, I didn't get into them in order. So I'm kinda equally wowed by all of them.

Pretty cool, love the way the second track ends.

I thought this was Inhuman Condition for a second. I've gotta check this out.

A nice little summation of the Dio albims

But more specific to your point, more audio and/or video footage of a guy that many people place neck & neck with EVH. That's no small bananas. On that note, I'd love a VH box with a live LP from each of their albums' touring cycle. So you get some of those tunes that got dropped.

That is such a shame. I've suggested a Sabbath box with Live LP's from each era of the band. Even more so I'd love am Ozzy box with Live LP's from each studio album's touring cycle, or at least one with each guitarist that put in significant time(Holmes, Gus, Brad playing OO tunes, even Torme).
comment in response to post
That's such a shame. Fans of every era of the band would snatch that up like hotcakes.

Well they better chug a lot of em before writing the next album. Along with some shrooms or acid to wake up that creativity. I don't wanna hear another 72 ways to replicate our own songs.

I fucking love that Whiplash and Breadfan too.

Nawwwww, just Red Bull and maybe an Addy...... hehehe.

It was pretty killer. Back then they still played their slower tunes(Bellz, Harvester) at a faster tempo than the album versions.

This is some FAT, CHUNKY riffage.

I'm listening to them on my drive home right now.
