Yeah, it is kind of a good idea for people to click over to see what somebody stance is on their page before we comment. I usually do 🤷🏻♂️ anyway you have a wonderful week. I only allow myself a few hours of social media a week it can drive one crazy and I choose sanity. Take care

I have starting doing an 8 pulse count at the top of every thrust, and damn I can sure feel it in my glutes. I used to just hold for a 3-second count, but pulsing really targets the glutes. I usually do an 8-count rep. Apparently, I have trouble counting eight pulses and 8 reps at the same time, lol
