I *finally* produced the 1st draft of my #SystematicReview 🎉 📆 After 18 months 📑 Started with 10,572 papers 📖 Read 1,073 full texts The paper is 30 pages long 😵‍💫 so needs more editing ✍️ Good to have some #PhD progress Break from the desk 👩🏼‍💻 for some stress relieving boxing & weight training 🏋️‍♂️ 🥊

✨New #book day 📚✨ When I proposed my #PhD on #inequalities, some were dismissive, saying it is an insurmountable problem…. And after reading the opening page (that in New Orleans there is a 2️⃣5️⃣ YEAR gap in life expectancy between richest & poorest areas 🏚️💰) I can see why people feel that way….1/2

111,000 people die in poverty each year in the UK. This is unacceptable. Early access to the state pension for people with a terminal illness will give people the financial security they need. It’s good to see Communities Minister Gordon Lyons back our call. 👏
