Very little has changed, a failed statelet in its dying days continues to beg for more from London, when in reality things could be much better should we choose to control our destiny here with the rest of our island. Working and middle class used to prop things up for the rich in meantime

They do pay tax and their circumstances are not all the same. Some have large farms others don’t, some have massive profits, others don’t. As a trade union member and grew up on a small farm I can see the trepidation that is there for some but in reality the new tax won’t hit the masses of farmers

Far right appear to have been neutralised by the lurch to the right by SF and the other centrist parties recently. A govt of the left not looking likely. Lots to play for in the transfers though and it will no doubt be fascinating battle for some last seats. FF/FG+Labour govt centrism wins
