Not sure how closely Karp was paying attention in his poli sci classes at Union College. Clearly didn't take any history or he would have understood the implications of capitulating to a fascist. He can rail about holding to his principles; we all know better. Do his clients feel safe now?

I'm sure Brad Karp's ancestors are turning in their graves. Democracy dies when society chooses cowardice. As a lawyer, I am ashamed at the number of allegedly intelligent folks who are choosing merely to capitulate. How did the partnership let this happen; are you all that weak?
