Even a doofus is still smarter than anyone in the current administration, and most in Congress.

I truly wish that Republicans cared enough for pressure to work. Maybe once we start demonstrating en masse like on 6/14.
comment in response to post
Do those words usually affect others when you say them? Cause I got nothing. We have differing views and you’ve turned to mudslinging and insults. Pretty clear I win this one.
comment in response to post
Learn not to use the word skeet. You look foolish.
comment in response to post
Agree to disagree then. I want them actually doing more. They need a focused concerted effort to be in the public eye LOUDLY and CONSTANTLY. It’s how Trump always wins the messaging when with lies. I also don’t have to devalue others by saying they’re not worth life itself. Nice touch.

All I’m asking for is for the Dems to do more things like be on TV and lead rallies and protests to get their message out about how BAD THIS IS GOING TO BE FOR ALL OF US IN AMERICA!
comment in response to post
Dems need people to hear their message. Yes? Booker’s filibuster accomplished that for two days. Dems have been invisible to the mainstream public since then basically. As a result, the GOP have no pressure and rammed through their bill by ONE VOTE. /1
comment in response to post
Sorry had real life stuff not Internet fun to do. I said before: go on tv, be loud and in your face to the American people EVERY DAY. LEAD the protests and rallies. Make sure the message is crystal clear to everyone: THIS BILL WILL KILL AMERICANS.
comment in response to post
And did you read my simple response where I said I was asking a Dem leader to use tactics LIKE THAT, not exactly that, to get eyes and ears on their message and do a better job?
comment in response to post
I’d have to have something at stake for that to matter. This is the internet, nothing matters here.
comment in response to post
The filibuster worked and got eyes and ears on Dems: they need to do more things that get eyes and ears on their message!
comment in response to post
See typing too fast with big thumbs. Make people understand.
comment in response to post
I really didn’t, and am pretty sure I replied with my actual message to him and the Dems earlier. But it is what it is. Either you want change or you don’t. Harping on my use, right or wrong, of an idea, seems to be pretty contrary to asking for change.
comment in response to post
For you honey, neither.
comment in response to post
As I stated in an earlier response I would like the Dems as a whole, Rep Jeffries included, to be out talking loudly and constantly to America on TV and in person to make people in sweet and how bad this is for all of us. Why is that bad?
comment in response to post
Okay then. You have a good day now.
comment in response to post
See now this type of response I like. But honestly they work for us. Somewhere we lost that normality and it’s part of what’s so bad with things today.
comment in response to post
Oh no this is just fun now.
comment in response to post
Never said either of those things. Where you getting your info?
comment in response to post
Oh this isn’t fighting, this is fun. If I was bothered I would have deleted and restated my point.
comment in response to post
Except I didn’t. I used an example of a dem tactic while talking to another dem asking them to do better. That simple. Certainly not the egregious offense the trolls are harping on. But this is the internet. I care as much about their responses as a do about Trumps health.
comment in response to post
Okay this is eerie, it’s like each new troll just rehashes and restates things the others have said (not about my “error” but like the no child thing and civics in school.) It’s like listening to GOP talking points!
comment in response to post
And yet Democrats are one party and can be spoken to as a single party. Yes/no? Should we always only specifically reference their specific chamber of congress when telling them as a whole to do better?
comment in response to post
How is an explanation a justification? I said to Rep. Jeffries “Hey you guys have failed us, (you guys meaning Dems as a whole), you need to do better! That filibuster move (or something like it) would be great right about now to make people aware of what’s happening!” Why is that bad?
comment in response to post
Hell I’ve probably been problematic longer than you’ve been alive.
comment in response to post
You’re really late to the party. Like this has all been done about ten times. Talking to a rep about a democratic tactic, wasn’t telling him to do it. Point is they need to do better yea?
comment in response to post
Could have been “really”, could have been “honestly”, I mean I have big thumbs and type too fast. But seriously, weak trolling to go for spelling errors in general.
comment in response to post
Dunno some guy in my replies calling me a nazi and shit. Weird. Maybe it was an off shoot. It’s hard to differentiate reply threads on Bluesky, I admit. But still I said what I wanted originally, everything after has just been throwback fun like this was an AOL chat room or some shit. 😂
comment in response to post
???? The autocorrect comment was about the guy calling out a spelling error I made on a reply? Are you guys sure you know how to use this internet thing?
comment in response to post
As the line from Clue goes “You don’t need any help from me.”
comment in response to post
Yeah it was fun for a bit but now the crazy/racist trolls have shown up and that’s just rude. I mean you complain about people you elected letting you down and suddenly it’s a shit storm.
comment in response to post
Never said they were doing nothing. Said they were too little too late and they needed to do more GOING FORWARD to be a true opposition party and save this country. Don’t know why that’s seen as a bad thing.
comment in response to post
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
comment in response to post
So about the same or a bit more than the handful of you coming in and being so adamant that I’m wrong?
comment in response to post
You might want to seek some help if that’s your typical response to things on the internet.
comment in response to post
Why is it hard to understand that I used an example of a democratic tactic that worked and got them attention to tell another democratic congressperson that they ALL need to do better? I mean a lot of people understood it. Dunno why you all are so gung ho about my being wrong.
comment in response to post
Did you really just come in here and victim blame en entire group of voters? Like asking for someone to do a better job is wrong? Wow.
comment in response to post
Well the people who understood and liked it and reposted it seemed to find it thoughtful. I can’t help it if a bunch of you can’t read well.
comment in response to post
See David would understand. I agree.
comment in response to post
When you’re using it to miss the larger point being made and the “error” you’re talking about has been explained as speaking to the larger group of Dems that Hakeem represents, then yes. The answer is yes.
comment in response to post
No they don’t, but you know that and are just looking for attention right? Read before you comment people.
comment in response to post
Really, pointing out an autocorrect error on an app you can’t edit responses? That’s your big gotcha? 🤦‍♂️
comment in response to post
Okay. Meanwhile not one of you guys misunderstanding the use of the filibuster detail as an example has answered why you think it’s so wrong that I call out the people we hired to represent us for not doing a good enough job.
comment in response to post
Are you guys all one person on different accounts that can’t see th other threads that explain what you’re talking about? Oh wait no you’re just a troll looking for attention. With a hella frightening profile picture too.
comment in response to post
If you think they’ve done enough for you, happy for you. They haven’t done enough for me. Thanks. So I will continue to call them out.
comment in response to post
Because I was speaking to him as a representative of the WHOLE DEMOCRATIC PARTY. And some members of that WHOLE PARTY could do such a thing. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
comment in response to post
You think what you like. As I said before most people liked and understood my point. And while I’m not wrong in my main point here, I’d rather be loud and wrong than sit back and be silent while bad things are happening.
comment in response to post
Maybe I should have gone full southern and hit it with a “y’all”, maybe then the trolls would have not bitten? Yeah not likely. People misunderstand where they want to misunderstand.
comment in response to post
Please, if you haven’t been on earth or the internet long enough to know that You can be used for a single person or a group then I don’t know what to tell you.
comment in response to post
I love seeing people so upset that I mentioned a filibuster to a House rep when talking about the Dem party as a whole do they miss the whole point about them DOING A BETTER JOB FOR US.
comment in response to post
Always, but more so in that I attract and show off so many of you who didn’t do well in reading comprehension.
