100% agree. The fact that we knew what happened (Rogue 1) makes Andor that much better. Excited to watch it again!

“When will you wake up? A little extra sleep, a little more slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest— then poverty will pounce on you like a bandit; scarcity will attack you like an armed robber.”

Inflation is factored in with the initial numbers I gave. Additional considerations for inflation can be represented in the speed of scaling those additional centers vs keeping returns to grow future investment resources.

Oh, one additional stat. Although we’ve only been open 16 months, we currently serve 11,000 unique members annually (& growing).
130 centers x 11k members = 1.4M people positively impacted annually.
And since our impact can be measured generationally, that number will only compound over time.

Check my math and tell me what you think please.

Take the remaining $3B x 6% (a conservative estimate of historical market returns) = $180M.
Summary: $2B used to build 130 free membership community centers.
$3B used to support operations in perpetuity.
The math leaves enough resources to perpetually build more sustainable centers over time.

130 Centers x $15M = $1.95B to construct 130 community centers
(2.6 per state). We will round to $2B to utilize the additional $50m for unexpected/ miscellaneous expenses.
130 Centers x $1.2M annual operating expense = $156M

We operate below a $1.2M budget but I’m going to use that number as a bench mark for average annual operating expenses.
If we are able to work with municipalities and school districts, similar to how we did our existing center, we would be able to construct 130 community centers.
