Also, people have drastically different levels of ability when it comes to recognizing people on sight. I myself am annoyingly face blind and have to give my own mother a second look if I stumble across her I'm a public setting I'm not expecting to.

you get one of the endings the title screen permanently changes to "The Consent of the Governed." People on the internet were very mad that this constituted a bait and switch since the game was rated 18+, and I guess maybe they had a point, but I didn't dream enough details to be certain.
