I'd love to learn some new systems, my main problem is that 5e and PF2 already kinda do what I need/want which is primarily provide a combat sim and some character building, and so many other systems I've seen/tried just... don't hit right. They either are too rules light or the wrong tone, etc.

Yeah, for a system that floods you with 'choices' and pretends that it's providing you with so many options and customizability, it sure loves to punish you for ever trying to do anything outside of their box. But that's a whole rant I've already done.

Honestly... it's okay. He's a multi attack Dex build so it's not the highest damage output, and he's kinda squishy (low con) atm, and we don't do much combat so he's just kinda a cat slightly sneaky and snarky cat most of the time, which about all you can ask for in PF2.

We're using Free Archetype.
Currently level 9 Fighter, with Living Vessel archetype and Rogue archetype dips.
Ancestry is slightly homebrew but is 95% just catfolk with a few tiny edits. Campaign started before Awakened Animal got released, and I didn't switch to it cause it's frankly really bad

I hope so. I've had a dehumidifier going ever since so that'll hopefully help dry out some of the spots I can't reach. Restoration guys are gonna be here tomorrow, so with any luck it'll be a quick fix assuming they don't run into any issues.
