Did UCI relax ban on jerseys with textured/aero sleeves Riders had resorted wearing textured undershirts, some even with no torso, just sleeves to get the same affect, but this spring I noticed that riders are wearing jerseys with textured sleeves built in again 🤔 UCI gave up? #cycling #ProCycling
