Dems don't suck at politics. The Dems are just the "good cops" to the Republican "bad cops". The Dems are there to give the appearance of resistance with no actual substance to said resistance. The Dems and Reps are just one big uniparty that both work for the real people in charge; the oligarchs.

Also, rich people benefit when the economy crashes because people sell their assets for pennies on the dollar. When stock prices plummet, the rich buy more stock at rock bottom prices because the market ALWAYS comes back up.
