-Wow, former endurance athletes had 21.5% vs 3.2% risk of AF and 3.3% vs 1.1% risk of stroke.
-Question is: what proportion of the population falls into this high risk group? Is this an large cohort?

Exercise and a good diet is always important for good health (even with hypertension). However, if those don’t help, we have a whole armamentarium of inexpensive (mostly generic) medicines to help.

• Prevent many cancers (RCs? HPV, Hepatitis B, & other viral infections that are vaccine-preventable)
• Lyme disease (RC: Borrelia burgdorferi, a bacteria spread by tick bites- Rx: antibiotics)
-Yes: REAL medicine identifies root causes
